Our SIKA Sales Training program is a three-hour half-day interactive webinar that is designed to have you at your desk in the morning and back to work in the afternoon, producing and applying your recently acquired skills over the next week. The training session will begin on Monday morning at 9:00 AM EST and in order to cover all course material, the session will run until completion. Two weeks following the initial course, there will be a mandatory follow-up class to ensure that your salespeople are still performing. Utilizing this secondary class we have pushed our students into retaining their information and have an 80% skill retention rate, keeping you and your team accountable.
To ensure that you are returning to your organization ready to perform, all students will be graded on a pre-work workbook, quizzes during the class, and the follow-up class. Using this structured approach we are able to keep your expenses in check and ensure skill retention.
